About the Role

A reputable law firm in California is seeking to fill a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our Operations team. Ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing and optimizing Salesforce systems and ensure effective utilization of Salesforce tools and collaborate with stakeholders to meet organizational requirements.

This is position is on-site preferred.

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead implementation of current CRM system on Salesforce platform.
  • Analyze and optimize the current Salesforce setup.
  • Identify inefficiencies and design solutions to streamline processes.
  • Build workflows and ensure seamless integrations across systems.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and improvements to the Salesforce platform.
  • Resolve user support tickets.
  • Identify and gather requirements from users and decisionmakers.
  • Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization.
  • Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed.
  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
  • Focus the organization’s use of data for what best serves the mission.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks.
  • Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate
  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, flow automation, validation rules.
  • Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases and long-term projects.

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
  • A documented history of successful project completion.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex processes.
  • Strong Salesforce interest and ability to quickly master new technology.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce administrator preferred.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written); Spanish speaking is a plus.

  • Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems.

 

Education / Computer Skills Preferred

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science is highly desired.
  • Proficient with Office 365 or related software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email / Calendar, Adobe Acrobat, Apple Operating System.
