  • Religious creed

  • National origin
  • Ancestry
  • Physical disability or mental disability
  • Medical condition
  • Genetic information
  • Marital status
  • Sex
  • Gender
  • Gender identity or gender expression
  • Pregnancy or childbirth
  • Age (for employees over 40)
  • Sexual orientation
  • Military and veteran status
