D.Law is a reputable, fast-growing litigation law firm specializing in plaintiff-side employment law.
We are offering a 10-week structured intensive summer associate training program from 5/27/2025 through 8/1/2025 to prepare future lawyers for the practice of law as plaintiff’s employment attorneys. Our summer associates will have a dedicated and experienced litigation attorney to mentor and teach them the ins and outs of the practice of law as a plaintiff-side litigator.
D.Law exclusively practices labor and employment law, working on behalf of employees with a focus on wage and hour class/PAGA actions and single-plaintiff FEHA/termination actions.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience by working alongside experienced attorneys on high-profile, actively litigated cases.
- Engage in substantive legal work that contributes to ongoing cases.
- Receive mentorship from seasoned attorneys to enhance professional growth.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to kickstart your legal career.
Qualifications
- Completed second year of law school in a traditional three-year program (or equivalent grade level).
- The ideal candidates will be confident, energetic, and sharp future attorneys who are quick-on-their-feet thinkers and are ready to be aggressive and creative future litigators for adversarial, fast-paced litigation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Apple Operating System
- Fluent in English (spoken & written). Spanish is a plus.
