Eliana Amirian
Associate Attorney400 N. Brand Blvd, 7th Floor, Glendale, CA 91203
As a Los Angeles native and Associate Attorney at D.Law, I have the privilege of serving the community of which I am a product by advocating for the rights of California employees.
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine in Psychology and Political Science and graduated Magna Cum Laude. I received my Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School with academic-based scholarships.
There, I began my commitment to public service as a Certified Law Clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorneys Office and as student teacher for the Street Law Clinic, where I worked to provide legal education to court-involved youth. I proudly served my Southwestern Community as a member of the Taskforce for Diversity and Inclusion and worked diligently to foster an inclusive environment for all students on campus.
I developed my passion for employment law early on as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Monica Bachner of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, where I observed my first whistleblower jury trial.
Prior to joining D.Law as an advocate for employee rights, I practiced as a Worker’s Compensation Defense Attorney, during which time I gained invaluable knowledge of the inner workings of employer/employee relations. Through this lens, I work to achieve the most favorable results for California employees at D.Law.
During my free time, I enjoy hiking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Whenever I find a new song I love, I pull the sheet music and learn how to play it on the piano. You can usually find me playing my favorites from the La La Land Soundtrack.
