After watching numerous asbestos cases during my internship with then-Presiding Appellate Judge, Honorable Charles C. Lee, at Los Angeles Superior Court, I knew I wanted to defend and help employees against large corporations. I began my legal career at a Plaintiff’s employment law firm in Burbank, California, defending workers against several companies, including Walmart, Target, Amazon, Uber, Tesla, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Kohl’s, and Walgreens. I’ve educated and advocated for over a thousand employees in numerous employment disputes including, but not limited to, discrimination, harassment, wrongful terminations, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and breach of contract.
I received my bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Finance from Loyola Marymount University with merit-based scholarships, and earned my Juris Doctor degree at Southwestern Law School with academic-based scholarships. During my first year of law school, I won first place in the school-wide negotiation intramural competition and was chosen to be a member of the Negotiation Honors Program. I was later selected to serve as a Board Member of the program during my final year of law school. Throughout law school, I won statewide and national negotiation competitions, including the 4th Annual National Sports Law Negotiation Competition (NSLNC).
As an Associate Attorney at Davtyan Law Firm, I continue to focus on employment law issues, bringing passion, experience, knowledge and understanding to each individual employee I consult with. I zealously advocate to protect employees with the goal of achieving justice for them through the legal system.
My love of fashion and travel has taken me around the world, including San Lazzaro degli Armeni (an island in the Venetian Lagoon that is an active monastery) and a climb to the top of the 15th century temple of Pura Besakih in Bali.
