I joined D.Law in January of 2025 as the Litigation Practice Manager responsible for overseeing D.Law’s Summer Associate Program, professional development, practice management, and providing strategic leadership for the litigation team. I joined the firm after 13 years as an attorney with my prior firm, 8 of which were as a partner, and over 15 years of litigation experience. I have tried multiple jury trials to verdict and several arbitrations to final decision.

I have dedicated my entire legal career to plaintiff-side employment litigation because people should be able to work in an environment that pays them for all of the work they perform, treats them fairly, and does not force them to choose between doing what is right and getting a paycheck. My career has emphasized disability discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination and harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. I have extensive experience in litigation against both public entity and private employers including state and local governmental agencies, banks, retail establishments, hotels, and pharmaceutical companies. My clients have ranged from hourly line staff to high level executives.

I received my J.D. with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 2009 and was admitted to practice law in the State of California in November of 2009. I received my B.A. in Sociology with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2006.
